Now that I’m in my 30s, I can’t help but be cognizant of how important a healthy nutrition is in my very busy life. Aside from working in higher-ed, I’m also a graduate student, I run the blog, I’m VP of my club, and I’m PTA President at my daughter’s school. However, being a busy bee is not new to me. In high school, I was on the volleyball team; I was a peer counselor at a health clinic and honor student. My activities and part-time job kept me so busy that wearing many hats became second nature for me. Looking back, I only wish I was able to change not being healthier.
