Special thanks to Target for sponsoring this post.
I am definitely a shoe girl. Whether stilettos, embellished flats or, the holy grail, boots, I am here for it! Unbeknownst to me until recently, Target has a vast selection of boots. Because I wear a popular size, I often miss out on styles. Thankfully, Target has the ship-to-store option that makes my personal and holiday shopping that much easier. No more finger-crossing that my size is still in stock. I can simply place the order online and pick up/try-on at the store. In the event it doesn’t fit or it’s not as amazing on my foot as I’d initially thought, I’d simply return and exchange them right than and there.
Okay, now that you know how to shop, lets talk style! Target has a variety of boots in every color, shape, texture and price point. I collaborated with them and chose 3 pairs to style. See below!
The Slouchy Knee High
Wore these slouchy boots to work with a pencil skirt and Target turtleneck, checkered button down blouse and fur vest. I love that they’re able to fit my rather large calves. Not to mention, they’re super versatile in that I can totally dress them down with jeans.
The Duck Boot
Even on my off-duty days, I like to show some effort in dressing myself. After a few days of downpour, I was living in my duck boots, with good reason. Aside from keeping my feet dry, they’re super adorable and quite comfy. I paired mine with Target plaid shirt and wool socks.
The OTK Boot
Can I just share with ya’ll my enthusiasm about these boots?!! One of best biggest fit issues as a plus size woman is finding boots that fit my calves. Imagine my surprise when I took a chance and ordered these boots (available online only), received them, tried them on and they slid right up my leg effortlessly. I was shocked!! It also comes in faux leather but I went with the rick plum shade indicative of my current color obsession (discussed in this post).
How cute are these boots?!! The best part, considering it is the holiday season, the priciest pair is under $60. Tell me, which pair(s) are your favorites? Want more: here are some more boot options below:
