Can you guys believe it’s June already!? Jeez, no complaints here but I’m going to need summer, once it’s here, to go as slow as possible. Spring felt like forever and winter, even longer. Typically warmer weather calls for more outside activity. This weekend, was filled with leisure walks through my neighborhood and brunching on sidewalk restaurants. Although I’ve lived in Brooklyn Heights for a year now, I’m always amazed at the little neighborhood gems I come across every so often.
Something about warm weather that makes me crave fruit. Yesterday, I headed to my local fruit stand to stock up when I was taken back by the price tag, $10 per pound! Is there a shortage on cherries that I wasn’t aware of? As much as I love NYC, the cost of living is ridiculously high from rent to buying something as simple as fruit. Needless to say, I wouldn’t live anywhere else (insert doubtful emoji).
P.S. I’m all about dresses this season starting with this pocket friendly denim dress.
