Every once in a while, I like to step outside of my comfort zone and explore new avenues with a daring piece. This particular asymmetric twist front peplum jumpsuit is not only unconventional, but quite figure forgiving. Funny to say since it’s evident that it’s quite revealing, particularly if you’re top heavy like myself. However, due to the peplum skirt and material, it de-emphasizes my key problem areas- my abdominal and keeps the eye upwards to the chest area. The frills on the shoulder certainly helps in concealing affect as well. This is the second look from my series with GSLovesMe -a California based straight and plus size fashion brand.
While away for the weekend, I wore this jumpsuit for dinner which was being served outside. It was quite a long walk from where the cabins were located and common area so I made sure to wear flats, however in true Sandee form, I forgot my heels near a boulder while snapping these pics. Needless to say, I would definitely opt for heels with this look just because of the more evening feel of this jumpsuit. However, I think the gold hardware on my sandals somewhat made up for the casual take of it, don’t you think?
I’m really loving how versatile so many of the pieces from GSLovesMe are. This is my second look from them and I have 3 more coming up. Don’t forget to use my code “SJ20” for 20% off ANYTHING off their site. Make sure you tell me which ones are your fave!
